She is a TEDx speaker, and is frequently quoted in the media on the subject of scent. She is on the faculty at Brown University and Boston College. She has written 3 books: “Why You Eat What You Eat,” “The Scent of Desire,” and “That’s Disgusting.” In this episode, we learn about the science behind your sense of smell, why we are attracted to some people over others, why we love vs. detest different smells, why scents are tied to memories and so much more!!
