Want something to keep you warm all winter long? We hope you enjoy this mother daughter shopping spree video where Alison & Delia visit the Pologeorgis showroom in New York City and try on some of their fabulous pieces!

Pologeorgis is a family owned and operated company. Started in 1960 by Stanley Pologeorgis an immigrant from Crete who arrived in the US after WW2. He apprenticed and worked hard to become a master craftsman. Pologeorgis was at the forefront of forming relationships with designers starting with Pierre Balmain in the 1970s. Since then they have worked with Zandra Rhodes, Michael Kors, Derek Lam and Zac Posen among others.

Pologeorgis is proud to manufacture fur garments and luxury outerwear in the heart of New York City. The philosophy of the brand is simple and remains the same as in 1960. Their goal is to produce fur garments from the highest quality of materials with unparrelled craftsmanship and innovative designs. Pologeorgis has a rich history of employing uniquely talented craftspeople many who are immigrants from diverse nations and have mastered skills over time. The garments are cut and sewn by hand using many of the same techniques used for over a hundred years.

Their President, Nick Pologeorgis, personally sources all of the pelts used. The materials come from all over the world. Minks from the USA and Canada. Shearlings from Turkey and Spain. Sables are from Russia. Nick Pologeorgis is a leader in ethically sourced and traceable furs and as well as sustainably produced garments. Each item bears the family name and must be true to the ethos and standards that would make the family proud. 2020 is an important year for Pologeorgis marking the 60th Anniversary of the business.

Pologeorgis has been featured in Forbes, Daily Front Row, New York Times, WWD, among many others.
