I have always been intrigued by the Australian accent. Growing up, most of my ski school instructors in Beaver Creek, CO were Australian. I relished every second of hearing them speak. My current obsessions are matcha & acai bowls, which can be found in multiple Australian cafes in NYC. This week, we are featuring our favorite Australian spots in NYC and also brands we’ve recently discovered and have fallen in love with!
Two Hands Cafe is absolutely delicious. My favorites on the menu: Avocado Toast, Acai Bowl & Matcha Latte
Bluestone Lane is another must. They have multiple locations throughout NYC, making it convenient regardless which area you are in. The Chia & Smoothie Parfait, Avocado Smash & Matcha Latte were the winners here.
On Dudley’s menu there are too many delicious options to choose from! We went for the avocado toast and bircher museli…yum!
Ruby’s has two locations in the city, one in Soho and the other in Murray Hill. Can’t go wrong with the avocado toast and chia muesli!
Ksubi was founded in 1999 by Gareth Moody, Dan Single, George Gorrow, Paul Wilson and Oscar Wright (originally coined Tsu,bi). They weren’t finding the denim they wanted in the market, so they created it themselves. This brand has been spotted on Chrissy Teigan, Miranda Kerr and Hailey Baldwin.
Sister’s Cheryl, Vanessa and Gabrielle Manning founded their line, Manning Cartell, in 2005. We love their dress options for both work, play and events.
SIR. the Label is another adorable Australian brand. The pieces are feminine, sexy and pieces that you’ll feel instantly chic when you put them on.
