Non-Alcoholic Manhattan Recipe

• Ingredients:
• 2 oz  The Spirit of Bourbon by Free Spirits
• 1.5 oz The Spirit of Vermouth Rosso by Free Spirits
• .25 oz Rich simple syrup
• 2 dashes Aromatic bitters
• 1 Orange peel expressed
• 1 Maraschino cherry for garnish
• Method:
• Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and chill (if not already)
• Stir and pour into a chilled coupe
• Express orange peel over cocktail and discard
• Garnish with a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
• Notes: Pre-chilling the ingredients avoids unnecessary dilution

Method
