It's great to see an insightful discussion on breaking into the fashion industry. Delia’s journey from interning at Versace to working at Barneys New York is inspiring. As someone in the apparel sourcing field, I can’t stress enough how important internships and building industry connections are. It’s also about understanding the full supply chain, from design to sourcing, which can be an asset when starting out. How do you think aspiring professionals can make meaningful connections when they’re just starting and don’t have an established network?
