Interview with Nina Tiari: Stylist-Turned-Designer

In this week’s video, Delia sits down with Nina Tiari who is the Creative Director of her eponymous clothing line. She started her career working as a stylist after a serendipitous meeting with Kanye West. She went to the University of San Francisco, Parsons & also took classes at NYU.

Her collections are sure to make a statement with their colorful and feminine nature. In the interview, Nina discusses what working as a stylist is like, how she found factories & fabrics to work with, how she chooses a color palette, challenging aspects of being a designer and advice for those who want to start a business.
