Denim is the fabric of our lives. It is the piece of clothing that most of us reach for multiple times a week. The fabric is sturdy and lasts through many wears and washings. It can be dressed up or down. It can quickly up the style factor of an outfit, depending on the cut and shape of the design.
It may take a lot of trying on in the beginning to find a brand that fits you well. There are styles, cropped or flare or skinny for example, that look better on some than others. Do you have a curvy figure? Are you self conscious about your tummy? There are jeans for you! Many jeans are expensive. You need to think about cost per wear. My jeans are some of the most costly items I own, but I wear them so often, keep them for years, and pack them for every trip, etc., so the cost is definitely worth it to me. You will have to decide for yourself. Also, there are jeans at every cost across the board; it simply takes trying on to figure it out in most cases.

Style tip: For most women, the Skinny Jean that tapers in at the ankle is not the best look, especially if you have hips. This creates a “V” effect, which shortens you by a few inches.
